    Thank you for your interest in the products of Unicorn Sound & Vision.

    This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Unicorn Sound & Vision, its authorised retail partners and authorised online sales channels.

    What does this limited warranty cover?

    This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

    During the Warranty Period, Unicorn Sound & Vision will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

    What will we do to correct problems?

    Unicorn Sound & Vision will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace it with a similar product where necessary or if the original product is no longer available.

    How long does the coverage last?

    The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Unicorn Sound & Vision is 365 days, one calendar year from the date of purchase.

    A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

    What does this limited warranty not cover?

    This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
    ● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

    Abuse and misuse. Tempering with the unit and modifications.

    Accidents, act of good, fire and theft.

    Transportation to pick up and send the goods under warranty. This will incur additional charges and may not be available.

    What do you have to do?

    To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you and bring the purchased items to our service centre at our Headquarters in Singapore or our respective offices in Malaysia and Indonesia.

    Please make sure you have your proof or purchase (receipt/invoice) and have already registered with us online or via mail (warranty cards) within 7 days of your purchase. In the event the above are not produced, we may void your warranty entirely and you may be subject to full charges of the repair, parts and labour.
